4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, verification, and any quantity limits we establish. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, placed for resale, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Prices, promotions, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes and other fees will be shown during checkout when available. Standard U.S. shipping is currently free on orders of 2 or more bottles, subject to the posted Shipping & Returns Policy. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.

If we cancel or materially change an accepted order, we may contact you using the information provided during checkout and issue any refund required under the applicable policy.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Delivery dates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, inventory, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns, replacements, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy in effect at the time of purchase. Products that are opened, used, damaged after delivery, marked final sale, or otherwise excluded by the posted policy may not be eligible for return.

You are responsible for entering an accurate and deliverable shipping address and for promptly notifying us of order or delivery problems.

6. Accounts and Information

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through the account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

These Terms and disputes relating to the website, store, or products are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
