Shipping Policy

Brazilian Botanics currently ships within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Standard U.S. shipping is $5.99 for one-time orders of one bottle.
Standard U.S. shipping is free on one-time orders of two or more bottles.
Subscription orders include free standard U.S. shipping.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Most standard U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed or Lost Packages
Carrier delays can occasionally occur. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and product.
